Die Unterschiede sind schon enorm. Allerdings wird man nie auf einen Nenner kommen...

Die Frage in diesem Zusammenhang ist doch eher: gibt es zu dem Gehaltsunterschied auch einen korrespondierenden Leistungsunterschied?
