Steve Morse, der Strahlemann, macht seine Sache wirklich gut. Ich hab Deep Purple schon live gesehen, allerdings war Jon Lord da schon verstorben. Aber Don Airey ist ein würdiger Ersatz. Nur Ian Gillan hat seine Stimme überschrieen im Lauf der Jahre. Songs wie "Child in Time" spielen sie schon gar nicht mehr, denn so hoch kommt er nicht mehr. Und alles andere singt er eine Oktave niedriger als auf alten Aufnahmen.
